Inspiration for the modern day woman.

| About Me |

Welcome to my blog - my life story out there for you! I hope to inspire, motivate & encourage! Enjoy!

My wedding day in 2011.

Welcome to "A Fit Mom Life"! I'm Meredith! I consider myself a jack of all trades but my passion is health & fitness. Don't get me confused, I struggle in both of these areas however I've learned some tips and tricks to bring you one step closer to success! First, I'm a mother to two beautiful girls, Zoe (9) and Mackenzie (3). I'm married to a police officer and work full time as a critical care ICU registered nurse. I also work as a full time virtual fitness coach and blogger.

I am from Louisville, KY. Graduated from an all-girls, private (Catholic) high school in 2005. This is where I began to find myself. If it had not been for Assumption High School, I would not be where I am today. Sounds crazy but seeds were planted in my heart there that have grown exponentially. I was taught life skills by a community of strong and empowered women who showed me how important it was to rely on my faith, and each other. Our mantra continues to live in me:

I am a valuable person. I have dignity and worth. What I do makes a difference.

I continued my education with a BS in Business Management from the University of Louisville, due to family events (will blog about later), I immediately returned and earned my BSN at the University of Louisville's Accelerated Nursing Program in 2011.

My ultimate goal is to help you be successful, from losing weight to creating financial freedom for your own family.
